One of the largest web portals in the world, Yahoo! also had a very well-known online dating and personals service called “Yahoo Personals” before other websites started to offer a wide range of free goods and services, the majority of which have already been discussed on this website. However, in 2010, after deciding to collaborate with Match.com, the world’s largest and most well-known online dating service, Yahoo made the decision to formally shut down their free internet dating service.

When Yahoo! announced that Y! Personals will be discontinued, they also informed users that if they properly transferred their Personals profile information to Match.com, there would be no service disruption at all. All users had the opportunity to save their accounts, along with all of the saved data they possessed, including images, connections and friends, biographies, and other items.
How to Yahoo Match Login
There is one thing, though, that baffles me: Match.com has a whole subdomain dedicated to Yahoo Personals. Why didn’t they simply reroute “personals.yahoo.com” to Match, I mean? Do the two websites vary in any way? I honestly don’t know, but I sure would like to hear about that problem at some time.
There are a few design variations I’ve noticed, including the fact that the site’s headline reads “Match.com on Yahoo!” and there are various links and brand logos there, but that’s about it. I want to know if the service is unique or exactly the same since if it is, there is no need to visit “personals.yahoo.com” when Match.com is just as accessible.

Yahoo! hosts Match.com! Sign In Using Facebook
If you already have a Facebook.com account, choose this option because it will make the entire access procedure more simpler for you. Simply use the aforementioned URL to enter the website’s sign-in page, and then click the “Sign In With Facebook” option to the right of the access form.
Then agree the terms of service for the website and the app by clicking “OK” in the pop-up box, and you’re done!
Resetting your Yahoo Match password instructions
Go return to the site’s login page using the instructions I previously provided and click the blue “Forgot Your Password?” link that is directly below the “password” text box if you forget or lose your password.
You may also go straight to the site’s official password recovery website at http://yahoo.match.com/login/forgotpw.aspx. Simply input your account’s email address on that page after arriving there and click “Go”.
