Address Change Update through UCO Internet Banking
- Go to the UCO Internet banking website.
- Navigate to “Profile->Personal Details->Change Address Change” in the “My Accounts” section of the page (located on the left side).
- Select Account number, input Address Change, then press “Submit” at this point.
- On the screen, you may see the last two digits of the recorded Address Change.
- Your address change has been updated successfully.
By Using a UCO Branch, You Can Update Your Address Change
Visit a UCO branch nearby.
Complete and send a request letter.
Your Address Change will be connected to the branch upon verification.
Following the connecting, you will receive an SMS notifying you that the address change has been changed at the registered address change.
Utilising a UCO ATM to Update Your Address Change
- Go to the closest ATM.
- ‘Registration’ >> ‘Address Change Registration’ >> ‘Change Address Change’ should be selected.
- Enter and validate your previous address change.
- Enter and validate the new address change at this point.
- The OTP and reference number from the SMS will need to be sent for both the new and old Address Changes, according to the message. ACTIVATE (IOTP VALUE) + (REF NUMBER) TO 567676 within 4 hours is the message’s format.
- Your Address Change will be updated.
In your UCO account, update your email address.
Your Email ID Can Be Updated Through UCO Internet Banking
- Access your online banking account by logging in.
- ‘Profile->Personal Details->Change Email ID’ may be found under ‘My Accounts’.
- Choose the account number, provide the email address, and press “Submit.”
- You have two options for approval: branch approval or self-approval by entering the OTP supplied with your registered address change.
- Your corrected email ID will be used to send you the status.

- The branch changes the email ID after verification.
- Regarding the progress of the modification, you will receive a notification on your updated email address.
Update Your UCO Account’s Address Information
In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India’s KYC regulations, cardholders are required to submit their KYC documentation whenever their current residence address on the card account changes. A self-attested document serving as verification of your current or permanent residence address is required.
The list of acceptable documents for proving your current or permanent address is provided below. As verification of your address, you may use any of the following documents:
- Passport
- Driving Licence (both sides)
- Voter’s Identity Card (both sides)
- Aadhaar Card/Virtual ID
- Address proof issued by State/Central Government
- NREGA issued job card duly signed by a State Government officer
- Letter issued by National Population Register containing the name and address details
- Utility bills (electricity, telephone, postpaid mobile phone, piped gas, water bill) not more than two months old, of any service provider.
- Property/Municipal Tax receipt
- Documents from departments or public sector undertakings, if they have the address on them
- Pension/family pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by the Government.
- Letter of accommodation allotment from an employer, that is issued by any State/Central Government departments, statutory/regulatory bodies, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions, public sector undertakings, or listed companies.
Things to keep in mind
- Documents must be current as of the specified date.
- All paperwork has to be self-attested.
- Either on the KYC papers or in the email body, mention your registered email address or address change information.
- The use of a driver’s licence as address evidence is not permitted in jurisdictions where it is specifically stated that the document cannot be used for that purpose.
As evidence, you must transmit the necessary KYC papers for your current/permanent residential address using one of the methods listed below:
- Visit the UCO card website to immediately update a scanned copy of your current/permanent dwelling address.
- You can alter your current/permanent residential address using the UCO Card Mobile App.
- Email: You can send the document(s) to addressproof@UCOcard.com from your registered email address along with a copy of the self-attested KYC paperwork.
- Courier: Send the declaration form and a copy of your current or permanent address proof to the address shown below.
